You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, take a breath, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. We can start from where you are.

I’m an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, and a health and wellbeing coach.

I’m an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, and a health and wellbeing coach.

I mainly work with women, supporting them through emotional challenges and life transitions — though I also welcome men who feel drawn to a gentle, relational, and trauma-informed approach.

I’m a mother of two, married, and living in the peaceful Cornish countryside. Throughout my life people have tended to open up to me — I listen with genuine curiosity and care. That quality ultimately inspired me to pursue counselling as a career.

Alongside my private practice, I work as a Health and Wellbeing Coach in partnership with the NHS, supporting people with long-term health conditions.

  • And many other things that we as humans experience in our lives
