Frequently asked questions

That’s okay — really. Many people arrive without a clear starting point. We can begin with whatever feels present for you, even if that’s just a vague sense that something isn’t right. That’s always enough.

Emotions are welcome here. There’s no need to hold yourself together or apologise for how you feel. This space exists precisely so you don’t have to.

No. We’ll usually review how things are going after a few sessions together, but there’s no fixed contract. You’re free to continue for as long as feels right, and to stop when you’re ready.

The therapeutic relationship matters enormously, and it’s important you feel comfortable. If after our intro call or first session you’d like to explore other options, I’ll always support you in finding what’s right for you.

In-person sessions are held at the Lostwithiel Complementary Health Clinic, Pleyber Christ Way
Lostwithiel, PL22 0HA. Located in the Lostwithiel Community Centre Car Park, where ample parking is available directly outside.

Online sessions take place over Zoom and are a good alternative for those who may struggle to meet in person or who don’t live locally. I work with people across the whole of Great Britain.

Walk-and-talk sessions take place in the beautiful Cornish countryside in and around Lostwithiel.

Sessions are £60 for each 60 minute session.
