We have a free intro call
I’ll get back to you within 48 hours to arrange a relaxed, no-obligation 20-minute call. This is simply a chance for us to talk, for you to ask anything you’d like, and to see whether working together feels right.
You decide — no pressure
After the call, there’s no commitment. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll agree a time for your first session. If you need more time to think, that’s completely fine too.
Your first session
Your first session is gentle and exploratory. We won’t dive into anything difficult straight away. It’s simply a chance to start getting to know each other and for you to get a feel for the space.
